Warranty and Returns

While we do our due diligence and inspect every order before it is processed, there still may be the occasional issue with an item. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

Warranty

All electrical and mechanical items on our site include a 10 day warranty period from the delivery date. This warranty ensures that the item will function as intended from the factory during the warranty period, with the exception of any defects or issues with an item as stated in the ad before purchasing. For any warranty claim, it is at our discretion to supply a replacement item of similar or better condition, or a refund if a replacement cannot be supplied. Please contact us immediately if you are having an issue with an item that is under warranty. Attempting to repair or make modifications to an item will void any warranty.

Returns

All returns that are not due to shipping damage or an issue/defect with the item, such as no longer needing the item or being purchased by mistake, will have a 10 day return window from the day that the item is received. These types of returns will be issued a refund subject to a 35% restocking fee and associated shipping costs. The restocking fee covers our costs for materials, retesting, relisting and restocking. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us at their expense as well as any shipping issues and customs fees that may occur. Lost item(s) or it being damaged in shipping will void any returns. All original seller stamps must be clearly visible upon return. We will only accept returns when we have received the item in the exact condition as when it was shipped/sold. All items being returned must have a prior RMA number (Return Merchandise Approval) from JP Parts International Ltd. Products/Goods received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. We have full discretion to deny any returns that do not meet this requirements above.
